JJ Green is Baptized

Jacob Michael Green, Jr. - youngest and only son of Jake Green and Ariann (aka "Annie") Green's four children, was baptized and confirmed by his father at the Bloomington Stake Center on March 5, 2022, to become one of the newest members of the B7 Ward.

On this most important day in his 8-year-old life, JJ was surrounded by family and friends, including grandparents who traveled 14 hours from Montana to witness this wonderful event.

A 2nd grade student at Bloomington Elementary School, JJ says his favorite part of school is running with his friends during recess.  When not in the classroom, JJ excels in drawing and athletics, including running, biking and soccer ... and keeping his sisters on their toes.

Baptism by immersion in water by one having authority is the first saving ordinance of the gospel and is necessary for an individual to become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and to receive eternal salvation. All who seek eternal life must follow the example of the Savior by being baptized and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost.

As ward members, we are proud of JJ for making the important decision to be baptized and stand ready to help him learn more about the gospel of Jesus Christ and to share our testimonies with him.
