RS Walks the Stake

The "first ever" inaugural Relief Society "Walk Around the Block" event was held on April 27, a perfect St. Gorgeous Saturday morning.  The turnout was small - although Bloomington 7th Ward was well represented - but there was a great deal of enthusiasm among the 20 (or so) participants for the 2.5 mile walk around the Bloomington Stake.  It was great fun to get some exercise, enjoy the beautiful weather and walk and talk with those we love and admire!  There was even a walkers repast waiting at the end of the trail complete with fresh fruit, breads and bottled water. Hopefully this activity will happen again.
