Say "Hello" to the Spanglers

"Frank and Jen Spangler have been married for nearly 22 years.  They admit to being very different from one another which is also why they are the best of friends and are so good for each other!  They have four children who mean everything to them!

Frank is a molecular biologist/chemist.  He is very analytical and logical, and incredibly good natured.  He is the world's most enthusiastic Disney fan and loves to take his family to Disneyland at least every couple of years!  He has a secret love of screenwriting, building computers, cooking and politics.  He is one of the smartest, kindest people you will ever meet.

Jen is an outdoors kind of girl.  She loves to hike, camp, fish, garden and do yard work!  She feels like she is still a kid at heart and wishes her body could feel as limber and strong as when she was 20!  She has been a psychotherapist for 18 years and enjoys giving firesides and teaching seminars as well.  Most of all, she is a homebody who loves hanging out with her family!

Joseph, who is 20, is serving a mission in South Korea and will return in early June of 2012.  He is an amazing artist, has a sharp wit, and has a gift for making everyone around him feel comfortable.  He plays the trumpet, loves fencing, and other types of swordplay, and wants to work for Pixar as an animator.  He has a tender, compassionate heart and an ever present smile!

Natalie, our 18 year old, is bubbly, smart, ambitious, and fun!  She attends Tuacahn High School and is preparing to start at SUU in the fall.  She always has a million things on her plate, is super-organized, and has a love for life and new experiences.  She is quirky, happy and spreads sunshine wherever she goes!

Savannah, who is nearly 15, also attends Tuacahn High School, and has found a deep love of acting and being a part of the choral group, "Radiante."  She is an avid reader, a wiz in the kitchen (especially with baking), loves math, and loves to garden.  She is more timid than her siblings, but when she is around her friends, she can be a real firecracker!  She also has an incredible gift with animals and shares her most tender side with any living creature she sees.

Christian, who is about to turn 13, is the athlete of the group.  He loves basketball, rock climbing, swimming, riding bikes and scooters, and jumping on the tramp.  He is busy working on getting through all the levels in scouting so he can achieve Eagle!  He is very smart, is a great friend and always wants to be on the move!  He is gifted with his hands and can figure out how to build or fix things in a jiffy!  He is fun to be around and can usually get the whole family laughing with his jokes or silly impersonations!"

Thank you to the Spanglers for giving us a great look into your family!

We are excited to have them in our ward.....Welcome!!
